Who we share your data with

BRUNCH AT ZION’S , recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining our customers’s privacy. All information collected from you on our website is considered confidential and is used for the purpose of conducting general business practices. We will never sell or disclose any information to any third party.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Visitor comments/reviews may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Terms & Conditions

Allergy Warning

All sweets could contain traces of nut/nut products, wheat/gluten products, soy products, eggs, dairy, and other ingredients that are a potential risk to a person with food allergies. Please be aware that based on our product mix and methods of preparation, cross contamination may occur between ingredients. Brunch At Zion’s shall not be held responsible for any allergies to customers and their guests.

Order Processing/Shipping

Online orders for shipping will be processed and shipped within 1 business day (Business days are Monday – Thursday), unless otherwise agreed upon between the customer and Brunch At Zion’s. An order placed on Friday will not be processed until the next business day (Monday).

All orders will be shipped with FedEx, therefore deliveries can not be made to PO Box addresses.

Brunch At Zion’s is not responsible for any delays in transit delivery with FEDEX. If your order is for an event, please be sure to place your order early so that your it may arrive 1 – 2 days before the date of your event. Brunch at Zion’s sends products refrigerated/frozen to preserve freshness.

Weekend deliveries are not available at this time.

Local pickup (Bronx, NY) is available from Monday – Friday 10 A.M. – 7 P.M.(EST).

Refunds/Cancellations

There are no cancellations refunds or returns for orders that have shipped or have been prepared for pickup.

All Credit card transactions on the website are processed the day you place the order. In order to secure your order, you must use a credit card(VISA, Discover, MasterCard,American Express). Changes or cancellations to an order placed online must be made with the Brunch At Zions by calling 929.417.8695 at least 24 hours prior to your order’s pickup or shipping date.
