Inspired by her son Zion, Chrystina has instilled her passion about food into signature favorites and exciting new seasonal dishes. We are inspired by the diversity of flavors and cultures around the world. Our founder, Chrystina enjoys cooking farm to table organic and clean soul food with Caribbean and Mediterranean flare. Cooking was her way to be creative, celebrate and connect with loved ones. She wanted to bring that same sense of joy and community to her business and share it with others.

Our chef uses only the freshest and highest quality locally sourced ingredients to create bold and unique flavors that will leave your taste buds wanting more. From our fresh baked goods, Caribbean and Mediterranean dishes to our signature sauces, everything is made with love and attention to detail.
At Brunch At Zion's, we believe in treating our customers, employees, and the environment with respect and care. We source our ingredients locally and sustainably, use eco-friendly packaging, and donate a portion of our food to our Dine with dignity program and Too Good To Go. We also believe in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.
